How can I access the eBooks?
The eBooks are accessible only through our mobile app and can be read on Android and iOS phones and tablets. You can download the ‘Redspot eBooks’ app from the App Store or Google Play Store. The download links are provided at the end of this guide.
How do I buy an e-Book?
- Place your order and make payment on this website.
- Download the ‘Redspot eBooks’ app on your smartphone.
- Login using the email address you used for your purchase.
- Your eBook will appear in the smartphone app.
Can I buy an eBook from within the app?
No. To purchase an eBook, please complete your purchase here on our website.
Why do I have to register to buy an eBook?
Registration is required to verify your email address. Your email ID will be used as your login for the mobile app, so make sure you enter it correctly.
I downloaded the app, but my email isn’t recognized.
This may happen if you haven’t registered on our website or haven’t made a purchase yet. The app will recognize your email once it’s registered on our website.
I’m having trouble logging into the app. What should I do?
Make sure you’re using the same email you used for your purchase. Enter it correctly on the login screen, then enter the verification code sent to your email. You can then access eBooks.
I’ve logged into the app, but it’s not showing anything.
It may take some time to confirm your payment. Once the payment is verified, your eBook will appear in the app.
Can I read the eBook offline or without an internet connection?
No. You need an active internet connection to open the app and read your eBooks.
How long will I have access to my eBooks?
You’ll have access to your eBooks for one year from the date of purchase.
On how many phones/tablets can I read my eBooks?
You can access your eBooks on up to 2 devices.
If I purchase the topical version of the eBook now and a new edition comes out a few months later, will I get access to the new one?
Yes. When a new version of the topical book is released, your eBook will automatically update to the latest edition.
Can I get a refund or exchange my eBook?
No. Once purchased, eBooks cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another user.
Can I give or share my eBook with someone else?
No. Our eBooks are protected and cannot be copied, shared or printed. They are for your personal use only. Please help us protect our digital content.
Can I print or copy my eBook?
No. Our eBooks cannot be copied or printed.
Can I read eBooks using other apps or devices?
No, this is not possible.
The app crashed. What should I do?
Uninstall the 'Redspot eBooks' app, restart your device, then reinstall the app and log back in. If the problem continues, make sure your device is running the latest version of Android or iOS.
I’ve got a new phone or tablet. How do I transfer my eBooks to it?
Download the 'Redspot eBooks' app from the App Store or Google Play Store on your new device. Then email us at info@redspot.com.pk so we can remove your old device ID. After that, log in with your email address to access your eBooks.
How do I delete or remove an eBook?
To delete an eBook you’ve purchased, please email us at info@redspot.com.pk with your name, email address, and the title of the eBook you’d like to remove.
